Terms of Use

Scope of agreement

This agreement is concluded between the Talent.UA Site Administration (talent.ua) and the User (any person that publishes information on the website or use the information posted on the website) and describes the terms of use of the Website by the User.

User agrees:

  • To register on the Site no more than once (not to create more than one account). This applies to both private and legal entities. When registering, user confirms that he does not have another account on the website.
  • Not to register on the website, not to introduce himself and not to publish information on behalf of another person (private or legal persons, trademarks, etc.) on the website .
  • Not to use someone else's contact information (phone, website address or email, etc.), that is, the use of which the User is not entitled.
  • Not to post any knowingly false, misleading information.
  • To register on the website and use website and information placed only for job search, staff recruitment or information about the labour market for their own needs. Do not use the Website or the information for any other purpose (advertising, dissemination of false information, any commercial activity, any illegal activity that violates Ukrainian and international legislation).
  • Not to use any software for automated search, view, or publish information on the website. The site is intended for use by people using standard web browsers.
  • Not to post or transmit through the website information (text, graphic or any other form) on which the User has no rights (information protected by copyright, confidentiality agreements, etc.).
  • To follow the rules of jobs, resumes, trainings publishing.

When register as a jobseeker user:

  • Independently and voluntarily places information about himselves, including his personal data on the site.
  • States that agree to the personal data processing and provides the right to such treatment without limitations and for an unlimited period to Site Administration.
    Personal data processing purpose: user employment, labor market study.
  • Agree to transfer his personal data to third parties for the purposes of employment (consider user jobs).
  • Does not require the provision of data about third parties gaining access to personal user data.

When register as an employer user:

  • Undertakes to specify the correct organization name.
  • States that agree to the personal data processing and provides the right to such treatment without limitations and for an unlimited period to Site Administration.
    Personal data processing purpose: user employment, labor market study.
  • Undertakes to provide, whether it is an employment Agency.
  • Agree to transfer personal data to third parties for the purposes of personnel search and selection.
  • Does not require the provision of data about third parties gaining access to personal user data.
  • Undertakes to use personal data of other users who posted the information on the website only for the purpose of employment or labour market study.
  • Declares that he knows about the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “About protection of personal data” and applies all necessary actions to protect the received data. Undertakes to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Law and ensures its ability to deliver these requirements.
  • Does not have the right to transer personal information of other users obtained in the process of working with the website to third parties.

User can:

  • Register on the website, use the functionality of the site and place information only for job search, staff recruitment or select information about the labour market for their own needs.
  • Get access to the information he has posted using the login and password obtained during registration.
  • At any time add, change or delete personal information posted on the website. These actions user performs independently in  “My job” section , by signing in to the website using a username and password.
  • Protect his rights in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “About protection of personal data”.

User is responsible:

  • For all information published by the User on the website (its reliability, compliance with laws, the possible infringement of third party rights, etc.)
  • For all activity on the Website using password and for the unavailability of the password
  • User is aware of all the risks of publishing information about themselves on the Website and is responsible for all possible consequences of such publication.

Administration undertakes:

  • to allow Users to use the Site in accordance with the terms of this agreement and the rules of publishing information on the website (jobs, resumes).
  • to provide third parties access to personal user data only for the purpose of employment, recruitment or labor market research.
  • to provide users with access to their personal information and the ability to edit and delete this information.
    Access is through the login and password specified by the user during registration.

Administration has the right to:

  • Edit or remove any information posted by users on the website if it violates this agreement, rules of posting jobs or resumes, causing damage to the website or to third parties, and at the sole discretion of the Administration.
  • Delete the accounts of users who violate these rules, and to limit website access for those users without notification.
  • Maintain and use published by users on the website information for the purpose of employment search personnel (including publication on other websites or periodicals), and to use de-identified information for research purposes (statistical studies, surveys of wages, etc.)
  • Unilaterally make changes to the operation of the website and change the contents of this Agreement without notice to the User.

Administration is not responsible:

  • For the content and accuracy of the information posted by Users.
  • For the possible use of published information by third parties and the consequences of such use.
  • Registration on the Site and any use of the Site does not provide any relations between the administration and the User. Responsibility for all activity owned personally by the registered user (unregistered too).
  • For the implementation of agreements or obligations that Users of the website contract between a using the Site.
  • For any damage or loss that may occur when using the Website or in connection with the inability to use the Website or its functions.

Final provisions

Reproduction in print, electronic or any other form of any content posted on the website is only possible with the permission of the Administration.

This agreement applies to all Users (registered and unregistered, using and not using paid services of the site) and all the ways to use site (such as publication of information on the website, and browsing and any use of the information posted on the Site or transmitted using the Site).

Use of the Website constitutes User's acceptance of this agreement.
