Talent.UA vacancies publication rules

Jobs database of  Talent.UA website is intended for job in Ukraine ads placement, as well as search for staff in our region. After filling in the information becomes available to all visitors of the server.
Placement vacancies in the database is free and is governed by the following rules.

  1. Within one vacancy announcement information about several positions cannot be post. For each job separate ad must be created.
  2. Ads must be placed in thematically appropriate category. If there is none, allowed to place job ad in category "Other professions". One ad can simultaneously accommodate a maximum of two suitable categories or subcategories.
    2.1. Add categories and subcategories that clearly aren't relevant to position prohibited.
    2.2. Duplication one jobs in the same section is not allowed.
  3. Unregistered users can post up to 5 jobs.
  4. From the content of the announcement it must be clear what work is proposed. Vague wording and the absence of coherent descriptions could be sufficient ground for job deleting;
  5. Banned ads:
    5.1. ones that does not contain job offers;
    5.2. ones that associate with network marketing in any form. This ads are deleted without comment, access to the site for this account will be blocked;
    5.3. ones that offer mediation in employment abroad without specifying the number and date of license for this activity issuance. When necessary, the employer must provide the site administration convincing evidence of a valid licence;
    5.4. with obscene or offensive content;
    5.5. ones that contain advertising of any services or products;
    5.6. ones that assume money making or products purchasing that supposedly helps employment;
    5.7. ones that contain contact numbers, the cost of the call that exceeds standard rates;
    5.8. ones that propose to send a short sms or call on the toll number for appointment or additional information;
    5.9. ones that offer jobs for volunteers in charitable organizations;
    5.10. on behalf of the organizations with incorrect names;
    5.11. associated with marriage agencies in any form. Such ads are deleted without comments, access to the site for this account will be blocked.
  6. Job hostings with suggestions of a pseudo-work (processing e-mails, “earn a lot of money easily", job in the Internet, reprint of text, graphic images, video chats, etc.) will be deleted immediately without comment, access to the site for this account will be blocked;
  7. In the header of the jobs only specify the job title in the nominative case and singular number.
  8. The text of the jobs prohibited:
    8.1 to indicate the gender and age of candidates  (in accordance with article 11 of the law of Ukraine "About population employment" and article 24-1 of the law of Ukraine «On advertising”);
    8.2. to use special characters and HTML tags;
    8.3. to write the words in the title and job description in capital LETTERS, (if it is not abbreviation), a sparse font (l i k e t h i s) or other ways that make it difficult to read. Ads written entirely in capital letters will be deleted from the website.
  9. Recruiter's avatar that meets the following requirements can be added to the vacancy:
    9.1. picture shows the recruiter only, not the company logo;
    9.2. photo bears no advertising information and contact details of the employer;
    9.3. background corresponds to a professional activity or is neutral;
    9.4. photos of offensive or obscene nature, animals, pictures, movies, characters, comics, etc. are not allowed.
  10. It is forbidden to send vacancies on resume that are clearly not the corresponding ones via internal message syste.
  11. Posted ad, if it was posted during working hours, may appear on the website after some time required to verification by the moderator. Jobs posted on the website after 18:00 and on weekends are checked on the next working day.
  12. Site Administration is not responsible for the accuracy and content of information posted by users of the site and reserves the right to refuse placing information on the website without explanation.

Violators may be denied re-posting of any information on our server, the account may be blocked.

Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*), but we recommend you to provide complete information.

Additional information field is for more detailed description of responsibilities and requirements.From the fields "Phone" and "E-mail" it is necessary to fill at least one, so that a potential employee can find you.

If you do not want your ad appealed after it has lost its relevance, specify a deadline for its action when placed. Using registration, you will be able to update, edit, hide and delete jobs anytime.
