I am a qualified developer and business analyst (UvA and KIU) with 11+ years of experience of working in diferent companies, srarting from manager of foreign activity till CEO as a developer and founder of project companies, realizing and implementing deiferent projects in ecology, enviroment, energy and wood business sectors. Curent work positions is as financial analyst and technology improving expert. I am personable and confident face to face with clients and have the ability to solve problems independently. Also, I am hard working, hungry for new achivments. - WORK EXPERIENCE -

Financial analyst, Technology improving expert, technology advisor, project administrator, NIAR group, Kiev, Ukraine: 2017 – date, my duties, new skills and improvement of it.

• Preparing Cash Flow models, economic background of the projects including technological process, P&L, calculation of economic indicators.

• Looking for the best technology solution, analysing the market for the best price, selection of equipment upon request of the client.

• Construction of the technological process of the production and collaborating with customers, fixing advanced contracts for the product.

• Providing successful negotiations with big customers, banks, funding organization for investing in project and government authorities.

• Anti-crisis management, and search and sales of the different type of equipment under the request of the customer.

During my time spent at NIAR, the company gains new constant clients, under my requests and my proper work, company open new departments: Technology and Juridical department, NIAR enlarge its service and increase profit.

CEO at Waste to Energy company, Waste to Energy Corp., Ternopol, Ukraine: 2014 – 2017, my duties, new skills and improvement of it.

• Organizing work in the company, search of employees and hiring them.

• Preparing business plans and teasers for new projects at the company, developing the projects.

• Constructing the production process at the company, search and the combination of the equipment for a waste recycling project.

• Providing advice and guidance for clients and supervise staff as required.

• Managing contracts with customers, equipment suppliers, MOU, NDA and agreements with government authorities.

During my time spent at WTEC, the company moves forward in the realization of its waste to energy projects, I have conducted numerous MOU with local authorities for intake and off-take actions. Helped and prepared all required documents, which was needed for gaining finance from local and foreign banks.

Deputy of CEO at a group of wood recycling companies: PC Golden Wood, PC Askoldiya and LLC Woodconection UA: 2012-2014, my duties, new skills and improvement of it.

• Organizing sales of the product and buy out of the wood logs at the company.

• Preparing business plans and teasers for new factories at the company, developing the project and production site.

• Selection and combination of different types of equipment from different producers, to work properly under technical request and purpose at the company.

• Constructing the production process at the company, search and the combination of the equipment for wood recycling at the project.

During my time spent at a group of company’s PC Golden Wood, PC Askoldiya and LLC Woodconnection, I have enlarged capacities of contracts, export, and import contracts with new clients, that allow company increase production volume, target company and production department on new highly profitable products, turnover costs, and profit. Also, I proposed to establish optimization at production, to minimize production costs, and increase the margin of profit.

Manager of foreign activity and later CEO at one of the biggest furniture producers at Ukraine and wholesaler of furniture components, LLC Alpo and Golden Wood: 2008-2012, my duties, new skills and improvement of it.

I consider myself a cosmopolitan oriented person. I have ambitions in life: I want that each of my next business projects were more technological, logical, better than previous. I think logically, strategically and comprehensively.

When I am not working I am «infogolic» a type of person that like to read a lot about new technologies at the world, world business and economic news, this is my breakfast, lunch and dinner. I enjoy going to the gym, spending time with my family and friends. I am also like to travel, travel a lot and prefer winter type of sports, skiing and snowboarding.
