09.2016- present Gas industry analyst at NAFTA RV (subsidiary of Slovak oil & gas company). Responsibility: analysis of Ukrainian gas market, support complex surveys, data collection and analysis, conduct a research for potential acquisition. Prepare monthly reports about Ukrainian natural gas market, trends and legislative changes for head office. Support an establish and develop new gas production company.

09.2014 – 03.2016 Financial manager at “Biocodex Ukraine” (subsidiary of French pharmaceutical company). Responsibilities: establishing a financial function from scratch. Financial reporting according to IFRS (P&L, Balance sheet, Cash Flow). Budgets by departments and master budget preparation, last estimates, cost centre reports, reporting by brands (************ products), analysis of deviation (actual vs budget), follow-up of external audit, treasury operations, implementation of internal controls and procedures, hr and legal support, monitor and update the market trend, pricing analysis. 07.2007 –11.2009 Financial analyst at 1+1 TV company. Responsibilities: preparing monthly financial reports according US GAAP, performance evaluation, monthly and full year forecasts (P&L, Balance sheet, Cash Flow), cost centre reports, analysis of deviation (actual vs budget), ad hoc reports for European HQ in London. Key user Hyperion database system. Preparing monthly presentations (for the board). Implementation of 1C 8.

*************07 worked at a production company (Gallina Blanca) as an accountant. Responsibilities: calculation cost of finished goods, analyzing the deviations (price, use of raw materials etc), sales analysis, cost centre analysis. Implementation SAP (PP, MM modules). Education: 2000-2005 Kiev National Economic University (KNEU), master degree in accounting and audit. Diploma with honours.

Languages: Ukrainian native, Russian, English advanced (spoken, written).
