Work included:
• implementation the company's strategy;
• organisation of cross-functional interaction;

• search for alternative sales channels;
• introduction of new products to the market;
• implementation of a marketing strategy, including brand management,
digital and trade marketing;
• management of the company's financial indicators;

• development of TOR for production process automation systems;
• installation of equipment for monitoring and managing climate and plant
nutrition for the farm;
• coordination of data collection and analysis of algorithms, based on which
the operation of the entire production automation system was changed;
• management reporting and accounting set up.
Achievements:
• Created the first underground vertical farm in Ukraine for growing herbs
and greens.
• Reduced the production cycle from 54 to 35 days thanks to the automation
and optimization of 75% of business processes.
• Organized the supply of products to key national and regional food retail
chains of Ukraine.
• Achieved an increase in production volumes by 1800% in 2018.
• Attracted $500,000 of external investment into the project.
• Spoke at the TED international conference in Tallinn (2019) with a speech on
the topic of innovations in the field of AgriTech.

Senior Consultant, Department of Operational Efficiency and Optimization of
Business Processes

Work included:
• conducting interviews with clients;
• analysis of business processes (AS IS);
• information systematization;
• looking for bottlenecks in systems;
• formed requirements for ERP system integration;
• development of initiatives to optimise business processes;
• building and implementation of a new scheme of business processes (TO
BE) taking into account their impact on the organisational structure, KPIs,
as well as the level of automation and centralisation;
Examples of implemented projects:
EY for IMC and VAPG under the program of IFC (International Finance
Corporation) and Bayer CropScience
Developed business process models for agricultural companies of various
sizes:
• analyzed business processes AS IS, including KPIs and business process
maturity assessment;
• modelled TO BE business processes, including the RACI responsibility
matrices, target KPIs and changes in the organizational structure;
• created an implementation plan, including a roadmap, prioritization and
risk assessment.
EY for ATB-Market
• Implemented lean principles in food retail, which led to a 15% reduction in
staff at retail outlets without loss in product turnover;
• Automated the hourly calculation of the demand for man-hours of all
operations in retail outlets, which significantly shortened queues at cash
registers and reduced "goods holes" on the shelves;
• Developed a KPI system for all positions at trading points;
• Was the only representative of Ukraine within the international EY team.
EY for DTEK
• Developed a business process model of the procurement function and
recommendations for further implementation;
• Changed the level of centralization of existing procedures and established
control points in areas of potential risks;
• Wrote new procurement business processes (TO BE), on the basis of which
the TOR was drawn up for integrator developers;
• As part of the EY team, was responsible for modelling business processes
according to the client's requirements.
EY for Alfa-Bank
• Introduced procedures aimed at satisfying the FATCA tax reporting law into
the process of bank clients’ identification;
• Formed the TOR for the bank's IT department.
