PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
[February, 2014 – November, 2019] – “Etihad Airways”, Dubai - UAE.
Position: Cabin Senior
•
Delivered friendly, efficient customer service and creating a warm and welcomed atmosphere for all of customers,
with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customer;

Promoted and delivered to the customers the variety of the onboard “Duty Free” products;

Checked the passenger cabin for correct location and security of all items of emergency equipment and the visual
serviceability checks of portable emergency equipment and reported to the PIC that these checks have been carried
