insurance coverage and Bank Guarantees required by the contract.
5-Permit:
Review contractor’s possession of all requisite permits prior to commencement of
construction.

B-Construction Supervision
1- Site Layout:
Review the contractor mobilization plan & contractor layout drawings of site including
any temporary facilities.
2-Testing:
Review contractor’s proposals for provision of facilities, equipment and QA/QC
procedures for testing of materials, equipment and systems for compliance with
contract documents.
3-Safety and Security Programs:
Monitor contractor’s project safety and security programs and instruct modifications as
deemed necessary.
4-Progress Meetings:
Hold regular progress meetings between project staff and contractor’s representatives,
detailed minutes shall be taken and distributed to appropriate parties.
5-Monthly Report:
Prepare and present monthly reports for the progress of construction.
6-Final inspection and testing:
In addition to day-to-day quality control services perform substantial completion
inspection of the construction work, issue snag list to be accomplished by the contractor.
C-As-built drawings & Operations maintenance manuals:
Review, approve and transfer to the client all operation manuals, spare parts list and all
warranty certificates.
