The story goes back to the IT company I worked for as a Sales Manager. My
relationship with one of my customers grew into opening an of ice in Kyiv and
hiring an in-house team for the development of the company's products. Here I got
experience in hiring people, project management, team management, and inance
management. The main project I worked on was a chat app. It was an exciting time
for me to learn the business and the team-building process deeper. Various
situations forged my stress resistance and showed that people are more important
than the product. Here I came to the point and understood if you are not happy
with what you do just change it and make a step forward to new challenges and
opportunities.

platform due to the ICO market decline. I had three business trips when worked
for the company. One to Dubai and two to Zurich. It was a great experience for me
and one of the best periods of my career. It was a time of meeting great people I

waiter was the fastest option at that moment. Within two years at the position of
the waiter I faced I lot of challenges in the company which helped to build my
character and taught me to ight against humiliation and injustice employees face
in companies. Being a waiter I took all steps to deliver the existing problems in the
company to HR and GM. You won't believe it but they paid me to sign a letter of
dismissal. It was an unbelievable experience with strong fundament for handling
future challenges.
