Throughout 4 completed contracts in this position I have worked on 3 cruise vessels of 
the company in charge of signing on and accommodating of over 300 crew members at

the beginning of the season; administrating their rotation/vacation plan along with Head 
Office ashore; entering all crew wages, deposits, cash advances and bank transfers in 
payrolls, cashbooks and financial reporting to Head Office; reconciling all crew onboard 
expenses and deductions crew monthly wages and mid month cash advance payments; 
maintaining and filing of all crew signing on for tickets, passports, receipts for travel, 
STCW95 certificates, company medical forms, onboard training and appraisals; creating 
and distribution of an accurate Crew Manifest and Crew Changes Report; crew rotation

complaints; liaising with Ship’s Doctor and port agents for crew medical referrals ashore
and, finally, while closing cruising season, providing the crew with flight arrangements

During my working period at M.C.Dean Inc. as Telecom Account Manager my main 
purpose was cost saving and telecom expenses reporting, position interrelated with 
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. 
Prior to working, I passed trainings in the US and Germany, afterwards I worked most of 
the time remotely from Odessa office with business trips to Germany to meet new 
providers in person and help out to Accounts Payable in German office with extra

- assigning and reassigning devices and services to M.C.Dean employees according to
their business needs; 
- terminating redundant connections and contracts (in case cancellation fee is lower than 
minimum monthly fee to be paid); 
- troubleshooting device and connection problems by calling hotlines, organizing 
technician's visit when necessary;

From February ******************* I managed to save over a 1,000 000 € for German office
